Store Regulations
These Regulations define the rules for the operation of the n-parts.pl online service.
§1 General Provisions
These Regulations define the rules for the operation of the online service https://n-parts.pl, in particular:
- define terms used in the online service https://n-parts.pl
- define the rules for concluding sales agreements, placing orders, and their execution
- define the rules for making payments and delivery
- define the rules for receiving shipments
- define the rules for filing complaints and statements of withdrawal from the agreement, including exceptions
- define technical requirements
- inform about the Privacy Policy
- inform about proprietary copyrights
- indicate out-of-court dispute resolution methods.

The Entrepreneur is entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) maintained by the Minister of Development and Technology.
Prices in the Store are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (include VAT). The price given for a Product is binding for the Customer at the moment of placing the Order. Prices do not include delivery costs.
The Seller is an active VAT payer.
Information about Products on the Store's website, especially descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but is merely an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices of Products available in the Online Store, introduce new Products, withdraw Products, conduct promotions, and provide discounts. These provisions do not affect Orders placed before the effective date of any changes.
Promotions are limited in time. Discounts and promotions do not combine. Detailed information is always contained in the terms or regulations of a given promotion.
The condition for placing an Order by the Customer is finding acquaintance with the Regulations and accepting their provisions at the time of placing the Order. By accepting, the Customer agrees to all provisions and undertakes to comply with them.
The Service provides the possibility of registering a Customer Account.
These Regulations are made available free of charge. The Customer may record the content of the Regulations in a convenient way, e.g., by saving on a durable medium or printing.
Regulations may refer to separate regulations and general terms of service provided by the Service owner, which in such case become an integral part of these Regulations.
It is reserved that these provisions of the Regulations do not apply to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights if they would constitute prohibited contractual clauses within the meaning of the Civil Code (Art. 385(1) to 385(3)), or would violate mandatory legal provisions regarding agreements involving a Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights, which would be included in the register of prohibited clauses maintained by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
It is prohibited for the Customer to provide unlawful content.
Product Reviews:
14.1 The Seller allows Customers to leave reviews regarding the quality of service and the quality of offered Products directly on the Online Store website.
14.2 Submitted reviews are subject to verification and acceptance by the Online Store staff. In case of doubt whether the author of the opinion is a Customer or whether the opinion concerns a Product from the Seller's offer, the Seller will contact the author to clarify the situation.
The Seller does not modify the content of the submitted review. The Seller is not obliged to publish opinions on the Store's website.
Only Customers who have concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller for the reviewed Product or Service are entitled to issue opinions.
An opinion can be expressed: verbally, graphically (if such a form is made available by the Seller), and/or by placing photos of the Product (if such a form is made available by the Seller).
By publishing an opinion, the Customer grants the Seller a non-exclusive, unlimited in time and territory license to use the content posted by the Customer in the Service in the following field of exploitation: dissemination of the opinion by public sharing in such a way that everyone can have access to it at a place and time chosen by them.
Under the license referred to above, the author consents to the use of the opinion in any parts, using the work or any part of it for the promotion and advertising of the Seller's Service on the Internet.
By issuing an opinion, the Customer declares that it does not infringe the copyrights of third parties. In case of untruthfulness of the declaration, the Customer bears responsibility towards third parties for violating their rights.
In case of placing illegal Content in the opinion violating these Regulations, the provisions of §14 of these Regulations shall apply.
The Seller does not use a mechanism for placing Products on the search results list.
§2 Definitions
Working day – one day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Order Form – an electronic, interactive service available in the Seller's Online Store enabling placing an order.
Civil Code – The Act Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 2024.0.1061 as amended).
Product – all products available in the Online Store being the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
Regulations – these Store Regulations.
Online Store – the online store available at https://n-parts.pl through which the Customer can order Products or Services.
Seller, Service Provider – Izabela Abrantowicz, ul. Tysiąclecia 35F, 43-241 Łąka, NIP 6381840118, REGON 385114248.
Sales Agreement – Product Sales Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store.
Warranty – a voluntary statement regarding the quality of the Product submitted by the Guarantor.
Guarantor – an entity granting a Warranty under a submitted warranty statement.
Warranty Document – a warranty card or warranty booklet.
Electronic Service – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Online Service.
Order – Customer's declaration of intent, submitted via the Order Form, aimed directly at concluding a Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.
Privacy Policy – a document describing the purposes and principles of data processing, including the rights of data subjects.
Customer, Service Recipient – Consumer, Entrepreneur with consumer rights, Entrepreneur.
Consumer – as defined in Art. 22¹ of the Civil Code.
Entrepreneur – as defined in Art. 43¹ of the Civil Code.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person running a sole proprietorship, entered into the CEIDG, concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, but not having a professional character for them, resulting from the subject of their business activity. Note: applies only to distance contracts and off-premises contracts.
Cart – a list of products compiled from Products offered in the store based on the Customer's choice.
Customer Account – an electronic service, means an individual panel for each Customer, launched for them by the Seller, after registration by the Customer.
Registration Form – a form available on the Seller's website enabling the creation of a Customer Account.
Contact Form – an electronic service, a form in which Users of the n-parts.pl website post information and data needed to complete the submitted request.
Newsletter – an electronic service allowing the Service Recipient to subscribe to and receive free information from the Service Provider regarding the Service to the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient.
Illegal Content – means information which, by itself or by reference to an activity, including sale of products or provision of services, is not in compliance with Union law or the law of any Member State which is in compliance with Union law.
Content Moderation – means activities... aiming at detecting, identifying and combating illegal content...
User – "service recipient" means a natural or legal person using an intermediary service...
Intermediary Service – means one of the following information society services: "mere conduit", "caching", "hosting".
Safe Product – means any product which... does not present any risk or only minimal risks compatible with its use...
Dangerous Product – means any product that is not a "Safe Product".
Risk – means the combination of the probability of an occurrence of a hazard causing harm and the severity of that harm.
Recovery – means any measure aimed at achieving the return of a product that has already been made available to the Consumer.
Business Operator – means the manufacturer, authorised representative, importer, distributor, fulfilment service provider or any other natural or legal person subject to obligations related to the manufacture or making available of products on the market in accordance with the GPSR Regulation.
§3 Electronic Services
The following electronic services are available in the online service:
- Order Form
- Contact Form
- Newsletter
- Customer Account
The Order Form service is one-off checking out and ends when the Order is placed or when the Order placement is ceased earlier by the Service Recipient.
The Contact Form service consists of providing Service Recipients with the possibility of sending messages to the Seller via a form on the website.
The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient may resign from the Newsletter at any time without giving a reason by clicking the appropriate link in the message sent via Newsletter or by sending an e-mail to sklep@n-parts.pl. The Service Provider reserves the right to cease the Newsletter service without giving a reason, after notifying the Service Recipient.
The Customer Account is a service available after registration. To set up an account, fill in the registration form (name, surname, e-mail, password). Logging in takes place by providing the e-mail and password. The Service Recipient may delete the Customer Account at any time without giving a reason.
In case of violation of the Regulations, law or good manners by the Service Recipient, the Service Provider may terminate the agreement or suspend its execution within a specific Customer Account.
The Service Provider is obliged to consider all complaints regarding irregularities in the provision of Services within 14 days.
Free services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
§4 Conclusion of a Sales Agreement
The Seller enables the conclusion of a Sales Agreement via the Order Form on the website https://n-parts.pl.
Orders via the Order Form can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year.
To place an Order, the Customer needs to:
- add the selected Product to the Cart
- in the Cart, the Customer can increase/decrease quantity or remove Products
- cart content is updated automatically
- after accepting the Cart and delivery costs, click "Proceed to checkout"
- fill in the Order Form (personal data, address, delivery method, payment method)
- familiarize with and accept the Store Regulations
- confirm familiarization with the Privacy Policy
- confirm the will to conclude the agreement by clicking "Buy and pay" (Kupuję i płacę).
Choosing manual transfer or payment on delivery involves an obligation to pay.
When choosing imoje, select the payment form, accept imoje regulations, and confirm the Order. Placing an Order involves an obligation to pay.
The Order sent by the Customer is a declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement with the Seller.
After placing the Order, the Customer will receive a confirmation message comprising the Seller's declaration of intent regarding the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. The Agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of the message by the Customer.
The Customer is obliged to enter factual data.
The Customer may place an Order without creating a Customer Account.
§5 Order Execution Time
Order execution takes place within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated in the Product description. The execution time is counted from the day following the day of payment (crediting the Seller's account). If Products have different execution times, the longest period applies to the entire Order.
§6 Delivery
Delivery of Products takes place via:
- courier companies: DPD, GLS, FedEx, InPost
- Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty)
- Polish Post (Poczta Polska)
Information about delivery costs is available in the "Cart" before placing the Order.
Delivery is payable unless the sales agreement states otherwise.
The Customer bears costs resulting from inability to deliver due to incorrect address data or unjustified refusal to verify receipt.
Delivery costs are calculated according to current price lists of carriers and depend on weight, size, and payment method.
Delivery is not limited to the territory of Poland and is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer.
§7 Shipments
In case of courier/post delivery:
The Customer should examine the delivered shipment in the manner accepted for shipments of a given type and check if Products are not defective.
If loss or damage is identified during delivery, the Customer has the right to demand the courier to draw up a proper protocol.
The Customer acknowledges that without a protocol, complaint handling may be difficult, so it is recommended to gather evidence. Contact the Seller immediately.
Detailed complaint procedures are available on carriers' websites.
In case of Parcel Locker delivery:
If loss or damage is identified upon collection, initiate the complaint procedure via the Paczkomat screen instructions. Contact the Seller immediately.

Provisions of §7 regarding Shipments apply to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
For Customers who are not Consumers/Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, failure to report damage/shortages within 7 days of delivery is considered acceptance without reservations and loss of claims.
§8 Payments
The Seller provides the following payments:
- traditional bank transfer (prepayment within 7 days)
- payment on delivery (to the courier)
- via imoje (electronic transfer prepayment), operated by ING Bank Śląski.
In case of lack of payment within the deadline, the Seller may withdraw from the Agreement after ineffective call for payment.
For imoje payments, payment is made before order execution starts.
The Seller issues a receipt or VAT invoice. The Customer agrees to receive electronic invoices to the provided e-mail address.
§9 Warranty (Guarantee)
In case of lack of conformity of the Product with the Agreement, the Customer is entitled to legal remedies at the Seller's expense by law. The Guarantee does not affect these remedies.
Some Products have a Manufacturer's Warranty valid in Poland. Information is on the Product card.
The Guarantor's liability scope is defined in the Warranty Document attached to the Product.
§10 Complaints
The Sales Agreement covers new Products.
The Seller bears liability for the conformity of the Product with the Agreement provided by law.
In case of non-conformity, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint based on the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
Complaints can be submitted:

The complaint should contain: name, surname, contact data, description of defect, date of noticing, proof of purchase, requested resolution. If the complaint concerns a Product, it should be sent back.
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
The Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years, unless the expiry date is longer.
Presumption of non-conformity applies for two years from delivery.
If the Product is non-compliant, the Consumer may:
- demand repair or replacement
- submit a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement if: repair/replacement is refused/failed, non-conformity remains, non-conformity is significant, or Seller declares they won't repair.
Consumers cannot withdraw if non-conformity is insignificant.
The Consumer makes the Product available for repair/replacement. The Seller collects it at their cost. The Store does not accept COD shipments.
Price reduction refunds are made within 14 days.
In case of withdrawal, the Consumer returns the Product at the Seller's cost. Refund is made within 14 days of receipt of Product/proof of return.
These provisions apply accordingly to Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
For Entrepreneurs (B2B), liability under warranty (rękojmia) is excluded based on Art. 558 §1 of the Civil Code.
§11 Withdrawal from the Agreement
According to Art. 27(1) of the Consumer Rights Act, a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights concluding a "distance contract" has the right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from taking possession of the Product.
The deadline runs from delivery of the Product (or last part/lot).
A statement of withdrawal must be submitted to the Seller. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.
The statement can be sent by post or e-mail (sklep@n-parts.pl). A model form is available but not mandatory.
The Seller will confirm receipt of electronic withdrawal immediately.
Effects of withdrawal:
The Agreement is considered void.
The Seller returns all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method) within 14 days.
Refund is made using the same payment methods, unless agreed otherwise.
The Seller may withhold refund until receipt of the Product or proof of return.
The Consumer/Entrepreneur with consumer rights should send back the Product to the Seller's address immediately, not later than 14 days from withdrawal.
The Consumer bears direct costs of returning the Product.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
Products that cannot be returned by post: info will be in the description.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- primarily for non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications
- for goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons if opened
- for services fully performed with distinct consent
- where price depends on financial market fluctuations
- for items inseparably connected with other items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Entrepreneurs.

§12 Technical Requirements
To use the Online Store, the Customer needs:
- computer/device with Internet access
- active e-mail
- web browser (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, Edge)
- Cookies and JavaScript enabled
- PDF reader software.
The Seller's liability is excluded if the Customer does not comply with these requirements.
§13 Privacy Policy
The Administrator of personal data is the Seller.
Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
§14 Content Posted by Service Recipients (DSA)
The Service Provider has designated a point of contact: sklep@n-parts.pl.
Service Recipients are liable for content they post (reviews).
Prohibited content includes: illegal content, advertising, violating personal rights, copyrights, vulgar, threatening, dangerous, false, defamatory, pornographic, or hate speech content.
The Service Provider takes action upon receiving a report of illegal content (removal, blocking).
Reports can be sent to sklep@n-parts.pl.
Decisions can be appealed within 14 days.
Suspicion of crime threatening life/safety will be reported to authorities.
§15 Product Recovery for Safety Reasons
(Provisions regarding GPSR compliance and product recalls/safety measures, aligned with EU law).
The Consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund for recalled products.
Consumers do not bear shipping costs for recalls.
§16 Out-of-court and Court Dispute Resolution
The Consumer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration). List at uokik.gov.pl.
The Seller does not agree to mediation for disputes.
Disputes between Seller and Consumer are submitted to competent courts under Polish law.
Disputes between Seller and Entrepreneur are submitted to the court competent for the Seller's seat.
§17 Final Provisions
Agreements are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
In matters not covered, provisions of the Civil Code, Act on Electronic Services, Consumer Rights Act, and GPSR Regulation (EU) 2023/988 apply.
All trade names/logos belong to their owners.
The Seller reserves the right to amend Regulations. Amendments come into force upon publication (14 days notice for registered Customers).
These Regulations enter into force on July 20, 2025.
